About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at SafeSync Security, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and setting up appointments for our sales executives. This position is fully remote and full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

  • Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.

  • Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and assess their fit for our products/services.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and prioritize lead generation efforts.

  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation.




Qualifications & Additional Details

• Proven track record in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• This is a fully remote, full-time position.
