About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at SafeSync Security, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and setting up appointments for our sales executives. This position is fully remote and full-time.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and assess their fit for our products/services.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and prioritize lead generation efforts.
Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation.
Qualifications & Additional Details
• Proven track record in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
